The Alumni Reunion, hung on December 23rd, turned into a CAS experience wherein we applied our creativity and collaboration abilities to craft a memorable occasion for our school alumni. No matter the thigh deadlines set through our supervisors, we controlled to create a satisfying revel in, showcasing our perseverance and teamwork.

LO3 – Plan and Prepare CAS Activities
The success of the Alumni Reunion heavily relied on meticulous planning and organization, especially given the limited time available before the event. Our team had to create a structured timeline, delegate tasks efficiently, and anticipate potential challenges. We carefully planned the event layout, coordinated with teachers, and ensured a smooth schedule for all activities. Budgeting was also a crucial aspect, as we needed to allocate resources wisely while maintaining quality. This experience strengthened my event planning and time management skills, highlighting the importance of foresight, adaptability, and structured execution in large-scale projects.

LOI 4- Show perseverance and commitment in CAS experience

The coaching for the event became challenging due to the fast timeframe and several obligations. From crafting handmade decorations to addressing sudden demanding situations, consisting of going for walks out of substances or thoughts not working as deliberate, the process required endurance, cognizance, and resilience. I remained devoted to the task, even when beneath pressure, making sure that each detail was finished to the nice of our talents. This experience taught me the price of willpower and the importance of staying targeted, even in high-strain conditions.

LOI 5- Show competencies and blessings of operation collaboratively

Collaboration was an important factor of the reunion’s achievement. Operating with seven group participants, we harnessed our collective talents to execute tasks that none of us should have finished on our own. Whether it became brainstorming thoughts, dividing obligations, or bodily setting up elements like hangings on bushes and the photograph sales space, teamwork allowed us to conquer obstacles correctly. This experience improved my interpersonal abilities and emphasized how cooperation can extend the effects of an occasion.

LOI 7- Recognize and recollect the ethics of alternatives and movements

At some stage in the planning and execution, we prioritized sustainability and minimized waste. We used eco-friendly materials, opted for reusable resources, and organized activities like basketball, football, and a photo booth using materials already available. Those selections contemplated our dedication to moral practices and environmental duty, underscoring the significance of aligning our actions with our values and being aware of their impact on the environment.
