Creative Mela is an annual event celebrating creativity, self-expression, and hands-on learning. This year, senior students, including myself, took the initiative to set up and manage creative stalls for junior students and teachers. These stalls offered a variety of interactive activities, crafts, and artistic experiences, allowing participants to engage in a fun and educational environment. The event aimed to encourage creativity, teamwork, and skill development while fostering a sense of community within the school.

Through this experience, I developed several key IB learner profile attributes:

I recognized my ability to organize and manage a hands-on activity effectively, ensuring all participants were engaged and enjoying themselves. However, I realized that I needed to improve my ability to handle unexpected challenges, such as running out of materials or adjusting activities for different age groups. This experience helped me develop a more adaptable and proactive approach to event management.

Learning Outcome 2: Demonstrate That Challenges Have Been Undertaken, Developing New Skills in the Process

One of the biggest challenges was handling large groups of junior students while maintaining order and engagement. It required me to develop patience, quick problem-solving skills, and adaptability.
