I participated in global odessey by setting up a food stall. I learned about running a business. This helped to improve my communication skills and social skills.

LO2,5-My team set a food stall in which we sold brownies and strawberry milkshake. I communicated with my peer initially to decide what we will sell and our planning to divide rolls. When started selling our product communication skills helped me to communicate with the customers. The challenging part was to make strawberry milkshake in the school in limited time and deciding price and attract customers. So we made schemes to sell our product which enhanced our marking skill and critical thinking skills

LO 7-Ethics came into the picture when we decided not to keep the prices high and start with a decent price that was not too expensive because we weren’t so profit-oriented, we only wanted whatever profit we would get to be enough to cover up the cost. We also made sure that the food we are selling is fresh and high-quality so that there won’t be any ethical concerns either would the customers would fall sick with rotten food. We also wanted to keep it sustainable so the plates and utensils we gave to the customers we biodegradable and there was no use of plastic.
