I Volunteered for FS got Talent and agressively worked in the decoration and the management of the event. I was engrossed in it for around 2 months with the participation part and the management part.

LO1-I was able to see myself as individuals with various skills and abilities, some more developed than others, and understand that I can make choices about how I wish to move forward. I showcased management and communication skills throughout the process which allowed me to be a good team member and also absorb new information and skills from my teammates. My abilities were very useful as me being an event organizer in the past, my skillset of influencing and communicating helped the team greatly.

LO3-I articulated the stages from conceiving an idea to executing a plan for a CAS
experience or series of CAS experiences. This can be considered as an accomplishment in collaboration with other participants. I showed my knowledge and awareness by building on a previous
experience, or by launching a new idea or process.

LO4-Collaboration can be shown in many different activities, such as team sports, playing music in
a band, or helping in a kindergarten. It showed LO4 as it was an activity involving collaboration with others. This helped in opening my mind and making me an open minded person. It helped me know other peoples opinions on ideas and learn new things from them.

LO5-Students demonstrate regular involvement and active engagement in CAS activities, and
accept a share of the responsibility for dealing with problems that arise in the course of
activities. Because i was in the management and the planning part i was also the person who had to face a lot of problems during the pkanning such as not getting enough responses and also not being able to communicate with everyone due to having a large team and I had to manage and work everything out.
