This was the sole CAS experience that truly thrilled me from the beginning. Grade 11 students are tasked with organizing a formal send-off for their seniors, with various teams assigned different responsibilities like decor, dance, games, fun, and logistics. I personally contributed to the decoration team, relishing the experience of collaborating with others and bringing our envisioned plans to life.

LO3 ((DEMONSTRATE HOW TO INITIATE AND PLAN A CAS EXPERIENCE) 

As members of the décor team for this event, we undertook the responsibility of orchestrating the entire decoration scheme, necessitating extensive planning and coordination with both leaders and team members. Implementing our chosen plan entailed numerous challenges and fluctuations, particularly due to budgetary considerations, which demanded meticulous planning.

LO4 (SHOW PERSEVERANCE AND COMMITMENT IN CAS EXPERIENCE) 

This particular CAS experience ranks among my most memorable, making my commitment to it effortless. Assisting in decorating the entire farewell venue proved to be a challenging task, especially considering my reluctance to arrive early at school. However, my dedication to the event remained unwavering, showcasing my consistency and determination.
