For my CAS project, I organized a film exhibition at school, which was a great opportunity for personal growth, creativity, and teamwork. The focus was on improving our filmmaking and presentation skills. My role involved designing the tickets, creating the invites for parents, and scheduling the showtimes within the available time slots. This experience had a big impact on my development.

LO1 – Identify own strengths and develop areas for growth

From the beginning, the project required a lot of self-reflection. As we worked on organizing the film exhibition, I began to recognize and lean on my strengths, especially in communication and organization, which became essential to the project’s success. However, the journey wasn’t without its challenges. I faced difficulties, particularly with managing time effectively and delegating tasks. Instead of being discouraged, I saw these challenges as opportunities to grow. With determination, I focused on improving in these areas, aiming to become more resilient and better equipped to handle future projects.

There were many obstacles in the way of the film exhibition’s organization, but each one served as a springboard for individual and group growth.
