Anand Utsav is a special event hosted by the students at our school to show heartfelt appreciation for the support staff. As a token of thanks for their constant dedication and assistance throughout the year, we plan a variety of fun-filled games, activities, and performances to give back and make their day more enjoyable. I had the responsibility of being on the team as a volunteer to participate in dancing and making the support staff play games. 

LO7 – Acknowledging the ethics behind decisions and actions.
This event was a way for us to recognize and honor the staff’s dedication in making our school experience enjoyable. The organizers and volunteers were overjoyed to see the staff take a break from their busy schedules to relax and enjoy themselves. Both the students and staff worked together to ensure the day was as enjoyable as possible for everyone involved.

LO5 – Demonstrate skills and recognize the benefits of working collaboratively. 
To effectively fulfill my role during the event, I had to engage with others and collaborate closely. Throughout my volunteering experience, I worked alongside many team members to ensure that the staff were actively participating in the games and activities we had organized. I had the opportunity to share my thoughts and suggestions to tackle any challenges that arose, while also learning new approaches and gaining insights from my peers. This collaboration allowed us to overcome obstacles together and deliver a successful event.
