Farewell was a significant event for many student’s lives and I wanted to be a part of organizing this event and make it fun for the seniors. I was in the activity and games team but I also helped the Decor team of the farewell team. We planned the activities and games to be played on the farewell day.

LO3 – Initiate and plan a CAS experience
During this experience we planned 3 activities and executed all the activities on the farewell day. We planned everything by ourselves and also arranged the resources for the games. We did the research for fun games. There was a selection process so we decided the games from the selected games which seemed fun to us and would add up to the farewell event. We students planned and initiated this event with the help of few teachers to supervise us during the planning.

LO5 – Demonstrate skills and benefits of working collaboratively
We have been selected for this task was informed to us a week prior to the final event due to which we had less time and much work. We planned 3 games and distributed the work among the group and completed the task for our activity team a day prior to the event which allowed us to help the decor team with their tasks. Due to teamwork we were not only to complete our tasks before time but we were also able to help the decor team in the decoration of the event.
