School organizes anand utsav every year for the school’s support staff. Through this event it shows appreciation for their hard work and dedication towards the school community. This includes various activities, games and etc to celebrate with them. I was a part of the activity team where we had to encourage support staff to enjoy the day. The support staff was separated into two batches, and the event took place simultaneously at two different venues. Games were held in one spot, while skits and dances were performed at another.

LO5 : Demonstrate the skills and recognize the benefits of working collaboratively

We had very less time for decoration as side by side there were events going on, This is how we learned from working together. Working together as a team allowed us to divide the tasks among ourselves. This allowed us to meet deadlines and complete assignements on time. Working together allows us to complete tasks more quickly and efficiently. We allocated the work among the leaders and then were assigned volunteers so that we could complete all of the tasks together.There were some disagreements over the tasks, but if we hadn’t worked together, we wouldn’t have finished on time.

LO 7: Recognize and consider the ethics of choices and actions:
As anand utsav is for our school’s staff members,we were expected to be civilized and patient with all of the didi’s and bhaiya’s. We followed morals by doing the appropriate activity, teaching our staff members the right thing, and not misbehaving with them.The smiles on the staff members’ faces as they participated in the celebrations served as a reminder of the importance of what we choose to do. We treated them and their viewpoints with equal respect and listened intently to their thoughts.

At the end, All the support staff had a great time at the event, the smiles on their faces made me feel like all of our hard work had paid off. We concluded the celebration by going garba with all of the didis and bhaiyas, which was a wonderfully remarkable experience. on this day, I realized that small actions can lead to tremendous happiness, and this is something I will always remember.
