Our school has long held traditions like this one. I used to really look forward to this occasion as a child. Every year, I looked forward to seeing what the school had added and learning new things. This time, I felt that organizing the event and making it the most inventive mela to date would be a fantastic experience.

LO3 : 

This event required extensive planning and time management. I had to plan out all of our tasks because we were short on time and had a lot to complete. I usually struggle with organization and find it difficult to plan out my duties. But because of the time constraints, this experience improved my organizational abilities. In this manner, I completed my work more quickly and assisted my teammates with their assignments. My ability to organize and start activities in the future will undoubtedly be aided by this experience. 

LO5 : 

Moreover, this experience helped me develop my collaboration skills and communication skills. Everyone in the team had different opinions of which design of clay to teach and what specific technique should we teach and it was hard to agree on one. Working as a team definitely made me more open-minded and considerate of everyone’s ideas. The only way to agree on one single decision was to communicate which helped me become more confident and share my ideas with the team as well. The process as a whole helped me understand the importance of working together to make an event a huge success.
