By combining my organizational expertise with my love for dance, I aim to create an enjoyable and welcoming environment for the new junior class. My purpose is to help them feel integrated into the school community through an engaging event, incorporating a dance performance to add entertainment and positivity.

LO3: Initiate and Plan a CAS Experience

Planning this event involved several steps, starting with brainstorming ideas for the performance, recruiting fellow dancers, and organizing rehearsals. I worked on creating a clear schedule to manage rehearsals, coordinate with organizers, and prepare the venue. The planning also included selecting music, choreographing the dance, and finalizing costumes. This process required effective communication, delegation, and time management to ensure the event proceeded smoothly.

LO4: Show Perseverance and Commitment in CAS Experience

Organizing a large event like this required consistent dedication.
