Reflecting on my exhilarating involvement in Global Odyssey, a standout event at Fountainhead School organised by IBDP students, I’m thrilled to share how our collaborative efforts in setting up a food stall allowed us to demonstrate commitment, perseverance, and effective teamwork within the CAS framework.

LO3: Initiating and Planning a CAS Experience

Participating in Global Odyssey was a testament to my ability to initiate and plan a meaningful CAS experience. Alongside my friends, I took the initiative to set up a food stall, where we showcased our culinary talents by offering delectable brownies and refreshing strawberry milkshakes to event attendees. From conceptualising our menu to organising logistics and budgeting resources, I played an active role in bringing our food stall to life. This experience provided invaluable insights into event management, entrepreneurship, and teamwork.

LO4: Showing Commitment and Perseverance

Throughout the planning and execution of our food stall at Global Odyssey, I demonstrated unwavering commitment and perseverance. From sourcing quality ingredients to meticulously preparing our offerings, we encountered challenges that tested our dedication.
