Global odyssey is an event organized by students of Business management and Economics. I was a part of the decor team, As the event was held on 14th Feb the theme was “Cherry Blossom”. This event included Food, entertainment and fashion stalls along with band performances.The vibrant atmosphere was amplified through the band performances. Through this event I learned variours skills like Time management, Collaborative etc.These skills have allowed me to thrive in a wide range of activities and projects,

LO4:  Show commitment to and perseverance in CAS experience.

The decor team began work one month prior to of the event, during that period all business and economics slots were dedicated for the event .Working on this project every day was fun, but there were instances when it got repetitive and eventually boring.tThis was the time when dedicatin and hard work were necessary.This event taught us that although dedicating ourselves to our work requires a lot of patience and energy, the feeling of seeing things come together after a lot of work is definitely worth it. 

LO5: Demonstrate skills and benefits of working collaboratively.

Working together as a team was the main thing required at the event because there were many tasks to complete within a specific period of time. By collaborating with each other during the event, we were able to work effortlessly and quickly, which allowed us to finish the decor on time. As a team, we had assigned roles so that every task could be completed at the same time. Working together benefits a lot, as it reduces the work of an individual.Working cooperatively has the advantage of requiring less time to complete tasks because everyone is working together to make it easier. Overall, We worked as a team and because of that we were able to complete the tasks on time.
