Since I’ve been playing table tennis for a long time and I like it, I decided to choose it as one of the school’s PS offers. Selecting Table Tennis in PS also enables me to learn with top-notch instructors and enhance my table tennis abilities. He assisted me in honing a variety of abilities, including movement, reflexes, and ball control.
LO1 – Identify your own strengths and develop areas for the growth sector.
Each participant in any activity has unique strengths and weaknesses that should be addressed in order to improve your abilities. Playing table tennis demands a lot of focus, which is something I need to improve on. I also had to practice a variety of strokes, some of which I wasn’t very good at at first, but I finally worked on and improved that shot.
LO2 – Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills in the process.
Regular practice is necessary to maintain your level of proficiency and improve your table tennis skills because if you stop practicing for an extended length of time, your game simply deteriorates and you have to start over. I wanted to play table tennis with enough practice, but I also had to concentrate on my education in the eleventh grade. Table tennis helped me improve my time management abilities and comprehend how I need to allocate my time among all of my responsibilities in order to do them all.
LO4 – Show commitment to and perseverance in CAS experiences.
I’ve been playing consistently for three months, which is a really long time. I chose table tennis because I have consistently demonstrated my commitment to and interest in it. With all of the upcoming deadlines, finding the time to play table tennis was a little challenging.
Every time I play table tennis, my commitment and time management abilities get better. After I graduate, I will carry with me the valuable lessons I have learned about cooperation, dispute resolution, and compliance from my direct experience with CAS. I also participated in athletic events like games and competitions at my school, which was a part of the neighborhood.
