This was a event where me being in grade 11 helped grade 12 arts students to arrange their artworks for their arts exhibition. We helped them to carry their works, display them, provide them with whatever they needed. This was a event which helped me to understand how things work, because I will also be having this exhibition next year being an art student and hence, gave me an experience for the same. 

Learning Outcome 1 – Identify own strength and develop areas for growth:

This experience helped me identify my own strengths and weaknesses. After knowing my own strengths and weaknesses it made me feel more confident. Knowing our own strengths and weaknesses is very important because it helps increase self confidence as well as makes us know where to improve and where to not. 

Learning Outcome 5 – Demonstrate the skills and recognize the benefits of working collaboratively:

Working with others is generally not a diffciult task for me. During this acitivty as well it was not very difficult for me to work with others rather it was more fun and helpful. During the this experience there was no such person difficult to handle which made it easy. It is a very improtant skill to learn to work with others collaboratively because it will help a lot in the future while we have to do projects with unkown people and work with them. This was an experince which was not possible without team work as we have to arrange huge artworks in the lawn as well decorate it and make it look aesthetic as well. 

Hence, this experience was very helpful for me as it helped me with my skills as well gave me an expeirence for my future exhbiiton of how things work and are to be done prior to avoid last minitue hassel and mistakes.
