As a part of my creative experience in CAS I opted to be in the organising committee for the FS MUN.I have been a part of a lot of MUNs and I’ve always found them exciting hence I opted for this.

The FS MUN made me self-reflect and identify my strengths and weaknesses.(LOI 1) For example,I was easily caught up in hanging out with friends instead of doing work.This was my area of improvement since there were deadlines to be met and work should’ve been priortizend.So I tried to stay productive as much as possible.

Also there were a lot of conflicts and disagreements during the organisational process and fairness played a crucial role in handling such situations.(LOI 7) For instance,giving each delegate equal respect and opportunity or fulfilling duties as an organising member were self-explanatory however not everyone was adhering to it since there was a choice between supporting a friend or maintaining integrity in terms of the event.

To conclude the FS MUN was a very long journey but it made me a bit more discpplined in terms of handling situations,priortizing work and maintaing a healthy work ethic.Organizing this event definatley help me boast my creativity by trying new methods to resolve conflicts or plan and process work.
