FSMUN was an in school event organized by myp – dp students. It was a 2 day event with various committees and groups which came together and created a very good conference. 

Learning outcome 1: Identify own strengths and develop areas for growth.  

This was the first FSMUN that I was a part of out of all the 10 editions. I was selected for the organizing committee. It was a very new experience for me because i’ve never been a part of any MUNs rather being a part of the organizing committee. I realised that i can be a handy person for the decor committee and I spend around 2-3 days helping the decor committee so that the event can look nice. We were required to attend early ins and staybacks so that we can complete our work on time for a succeeding event. 

Learning outcome 3: Initiate and plan a CAS experience.

There were various instances when we had to take quick decisions so that our work is completed on time because we were always suffering through a time crunch. And giving my best for one of the most important and formal event of the fountainhead school was expected. Always obeying the core committee was expected from us in order to potray a successful conference for the attendees. 

Learning outcome 7: Recognize and consider the ethics of choices and actions. 

As mentioned, FSMUN is one of the most important and formal event held by the school. We’ve guests from different places, alumins and different teachers as our head delegate and chair person. So it was very important for us to maintain our decorum and to choose the right actions. It was very important for us to behave formally and be a good host to all our guest. 

To sum up, FSMUN was a very good experience for me and my resume because it was a very importantly held event by the school which makes it much more valuable and considerable. I learned alot of things and had alot of fum throughout the event and the socials and experienced something very new.
