Anand utsav is event organised by the students for the school staff. For this event I was the project manager. This year we students had planned multiple games, activites, skit and similar entertaining things where my role was to manage the decor and the games. In order to equally make the whole staff enjoy the activities, we divided the whole staff into 2 batches with this we even divided the venue where on one we had all the games planned and on other we had skit and performance planned.

L3. Initiate and plan a CAS experience
This whole event was planned and initiated by the project manager. So I created a spreadsheet in order to organize all my ideas and notes in place to not miss out on any of that. Then I later on I discussed all the ideas and notes written by me with my fellows to finalise the final ideas and plan. Even the day before the event I rehearsed my final flow in order to check whether I missed out any of the things which could possible if I would have not done this rehearsal. I also asked for feedbacks from my fellows regarding the games as in they are good and interesting or not.

LO5. Demonstrate skills and benefits of working collaboratively
This is one of those event which has a important role of working collaboratively. This is because managing huge number of people while also making sure each one of them have fun is not easy without a proper plan and collaborative group. So we divided our team into different sector in order to make sure we do not miss out anything which is important.As well as while I jotted down my rough ideas for the games, I received feedbacks from my teammates which really helped me to select the most effective and interesting one.

L7. Recognize and consider the ethics of choices and actions
The primary aim of this event was to appreciate the efforts put by the school staffs throughout the school year in order to make sure we student do not face any difficulties. Hence I was so happy and satisfied when I saw the happy faces of the staffs. I could see them feeling happy about how their efforts are recognised and Thus I am thankful for the opportunity I got to appreciate the efforts put in by the staffs.

Towards the conclusion this event “Anand utsav” was a success. Through this event I even portrayed the learner profile “reflective” by reflecting on the efforts put by the staff and brainstorming the ways in which we can appreciate those efforts.
