Duration :- 5 August to 20 August

The community service program students from other schools to FS to learn something new from us, and every weekend the students visit our school to learn different activities such as dance, arts and crafts, science projects, ICT, etc.

As part of volunteering for art and craft I want to teach art and craft to a small group of kids with my two friends . We have teached many things on the weekends like paper snake, leaf art and marble bookmark . The first weekend of community service was exciting to teach them . 

LO2 – Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills . The challenges that I have faced challenges in the community service was the students was coming to learn something was talking in the gujarati language but, I was not able to talk in gujarati and in this thing it was very difficult this challenge was been undertaken and the new developing skills were to teach something new to them and I love to do arts and craft but never teaches art and craft to the students and in this service,  the skill I have been developed in this service was learning new art and craft ideas . 

LO5 – Demonstrate skills and benefits of working collaboratively. The skills which I have demonstrated in this service was communication. I had a lot of communication with my group members and with students and the benefits of working collaboratively was there were many students to teach at one time and in every group there were 3 students to teach them . And it was easy to teach them and manage them easily. This was the benefit of working collaboratively .
