Creative Mela

I started with setting up my booth at the Creative Mela, surrounded by colorful tents and the lively hum of excited chatter. I had been invited to teach doodling, and I couldn’t wait to share my passion with the eager participants.

As the first few curious people approached, I could see a mix of emotions in the air. I had prepared markers, pens, and paper, creating an inviting space.

I began the session with a brief introduction, emphasizing the expressive nature of doodling. I encouraged participants to let go of any preconceived notions about art and embrace the joy of spontaneous creation. The atmosphere buzzed with positivity as people eagerly picked up their tools, ready to dive into the world of doodles.

The crowd, brought their unique energy to the table. Some were artists looking to explore a new medium, while others were beginners excited to discover the world of doodling. I started with simple exercises, guiding everyone through basic shapes and patterns, gradually building up to more complex designs.

One of the most rewarding aspects was witnessing the transformation of skeptics into enthusiasts. As people embraced the freedom to doodle without judgment, smiles began to appear, and the mela came alive with a handful of vibrant creations.

As the event concluded, I knew that I had played a small role in inspiring others to explore their creativity.
