LO2 – Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills.

I had took up the challenge to work on the decor for the event. I had faced many challenges related to the work, ideas and even managing the time and distributing it equally in all subjects with the decor workload. I developed my time management skills as I just had 1 slot in a day to work on the decor and we even had to manage to complete the decor before the event.

LO4 – Show perseverance and commitment in CAS experience.

I was very committed towards working on the project and I tried not to waste any time and work on the decor.

LO5 – Demonstrate skills and benefits of working collaboratively.

I was not alone who was working on the decor, we had a team of 10 to 15 student work together. working collaboratively made our work much more easier as we had different talents and interests amongst us which turned out to be extremely helpful when we worked together.

Overall, The event was a great success from the on day stalls to the whole decor process.
