The Creative Fair has been a fixture at our school for as long as I can recall, and I’ve always been a spectator. This time, however, I actively participated, joining the team. It was an enjoyable experience where I got to engage with others, film their activities, and turning it into a CAS project was the highlight of the event for me.

I showcased this skill when I engaged with the leaders of my CAS experiences, expressing my proficiency in video editing and shooting. Recognizing my strengths, I took initiative to enhance my abilities by producing and editing a reel for my school.

I do face a bit of struggle when it comes to working in a team and since I was in the media team, there were 3 other people with me which was difficult for me to fit in because I like working alone. However, soon after the meetings occurred I decided to work as a team and I did. I faced some issues but soon I fit in and I realized how easy it was to work with a team and how easy it can make things for me. Such as, if i didn’t get a clip of a certain event happening, i could simply just ask the other team members and they would send me, this was really beneficial.
