Coming into this CAS experience, my athletic prowess was…well, let’s just say I wasn’t exactly a shoo-in for the Olympics. However, I did possess a decent amount of hand-eye coordination and stamina. Recognizing these strengths, I knew I could focus on developing my technique and badminton knowledge.

LO2: Embracing the Challenge and Acquiring New Skills

Badminton may seem like a simple game of hitting a birdie back and forth, but the reality is far more complex.
