I voluntered for the night out event management and my responsibility was to make the students play the games planned by us. I was making them solve a murder mystery.

LO5 – Demonstrate skills and benefits of working collaboratively
For the pre planning of the games we worked as a group the core committee of the event briefed us about the games. While night out I had two more fellow students along with me we as a team managed to make the students solve the murder mystery. By this event I understood that managing around 100 students at a time alone was not possible and we did it as a small team which made it easy as we were also answerable to the students’ doubts playing the game.

LO2 – Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills
I am an introvert, and during this event, I had to converse with many people while planning and also during the event while making them play the game. I gathered the confidence to talk to others, and I was successfully able to address their doubts while playing the games and help them with the issues they had during the event.
