For the Nightout, I was a volunteer for helping in organizing some activities. I had lot of fun at the Nightout by enjoying playing various different sports and dancing with them was really fun.

L3. Initiate and plan a CAS experience

My idea for the L3 CAS experience was to organize games for a school night out. The requirement was to brainstorm creative and engaging activities that are appealing to the varied range of students. I collaborated with the organizing team to make sure that the games are fun but promote teamwork and inclusivity. Logistical concerns, in terms of space, time, and resources for a smooth execution during the event, were all brought into account. This presented the chance to exercise leadership and organizational skills, which really aided in making the nightout night memorable for all of us.

L4. Show perseverance and commitment in CAS experience

As part of my CAS experience, I volunteered to assist in supervising the games during the school’s overnight. At first, it was difficult for me to communicate with the organising team about the specifics of each game. In spite of these challenges, putting forth endless effort to make the nightout a success. I was constant in my determination to make sure that everyone had an amazing day. My hard work paid off, as the event was a huge success, and it was all worth it to see my peers happy expressions. This experience taught me the importance of perseverance and commitment in achieving goals.

L5. Demonstrate skills and benefits of working collaboratively

I recently volunteered to help in setting up different games and activities as part of the organising team for the school’s night out. I demonstrated my organizational skills by helping to set up various games and activities. I was able to make the experience better for everyone by helping others. This experience helped me improve my communication and teamwork abilities while also demonstrating the advantages of cooperating to achieve a common objective.
